DIY Vintage Wedding ... Love it or Lump it??

 This DIY wedding is absolutely vintage, modern, charming & whimsical all rolled up in one. And can we talk about the dress? Made with love by the bride’s mother. What?! Amazing

Elizabeth, along with the help of her mom, created these customized wedding shoes. They bought simple black wedges and covered them in the same fabric as the dress along with some decorations.

Verdict .... I love it ... of course I like any outdoor wedding ...  but this has so much character & charm ... plus it just looks like a good time!!  LOVE IT

Of course I am all about the pirate style ... 

I picked up quick on Penelope Cruz's style .. pirate indeed but it had a sexy gypsy edge ... so inspiration strikes, my ancestors being gypsies from Bohemia / Romania lend a hand to that ....  I am off to find as many vintage boho head scarves and sassy sexy hats as I can ... these are a few pieces I have now that have the sexy Gypsy edge ..  

but I need more of a pirate feel now ... Im off to see what I can find ... arrrrrrrrrrr!!!
